How ITdonate works

  • Contact us via email, telephone or through our website. Or you can contact the Charity direct.

  • We arrange to pick up your ICT equipment at an agreed date and time.

  • All IT equipment is logged into our secure facility and assessed. All asset tags and identifying labels removed. All data bearing devices will be securely sanitised.

  • Data Destruction, Asset Management and WEEE Compliance certificates are supplied.

  • Once the equipment is sold ITdonate will make payment to the charity direct. You will also receive confirmation of receipt from the charity.
